Simple exercises which can be done to relieve upper back pain at home. These exercises are very effective to reduce back pain in short period of time as witnessed by my patients. These exercises can be done by people of all age group.

In this pandemic situation when a lot of people are working from home. A lot of patients from kids to geriatric population are suffering from upper back pain due to many reasons- poor posture/incorrect posture, overuse, muscle strain, stress, muscle tension, herniated disc/slipped disc. These conditions can alter the muscle balance in the upper back area with certain muscles being weak and some being tight. These exercises will help you in stretching the tight muscles and strengthening the weak muscles.

These exercises will not only help you in stretching and strengthening the muscles but also help you in correcting the posture. These exercises can be done anywhere even while sitting at a desk and performing office work as it doesn't need any equipment.
