These exercises are very effective to reduce back pain and improving posture in short period of time as witnessed by my patients. These exercises can be done by people of all age group.

Back pain is one of the most common complains I hear from my patients.
Core muscles are the underlying muscles of the torso which helps in stabilizing and preventing excessive loads on the spine. These exercises will not only help with strengthening core muscles but also help in improving balance, poor posture, reduce back pain and prevent any other back pains in future.

The common causes of back pain are disc herniation, arthritis (spondylosis), muscle strain, prolonged seated and standing activities, excessive abdominal fat etc.

These exercises does not require any equipment. These exercises will also help to strengthen the muscles of back. These exercises are recommended to be done once a day and three times a week.
