Episode 97: NAR settles, Realtors in crisis!

This episode looks at the resent National Association of Realtors (NAR) lawsuit settlement and what the potential consequences will be for buyers and sellers of residential real estate. The new changes are not scheduled to be enacted until July of 2024. This settlement will undoubtedly lead to many changes in the real estate sales process.
