🚨 PLINY THE ELDER vs BLIND PIG!! A Russian River Brewing 🍻 SHOWDOWN!

THE CONTESTANTS: Pliny the Elder, 8% Imperial IPA with 100 IBU vs. Blind Pig IPA, 6.25% American IPA with 70 IBU. Russian River Brewing Company is out of Windsor, CA and these were given to me by @ the.brews.clues on Innstagram.

Pliny the Elder Untappd: PLINY THE ELDER - (Double IPA) Brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, Cascade, Warrior, and Simcoe hops. Well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol. Slightly bitter with aromas of citrus, pine, and floral

Blind Pig Untappd: A full-bodied, very hoppy brew with citrus, pine, fruity notes, and a nice dry, bitter finish!
This West Coast-style IPA is true to its style as it is very hop-forward with just enough malt character and alcohol to balance it out.

Hop: low-moderate citrus (orange and grapefruit), floral, pine resin
Malt and Yeast: Minimal contribution
