Start with small changes that are sustainable for your body, mind, and spirit - like increasing your duration before increasing the intensity of activities.

It is important to understand that your body needs time to recover from chronic fatigue. If you are recovering, take it slow and steady; try adding 5 minutes at a time to see how you feel. When starting out, don't push yourself too hard or overdo it because this will only make symptoms worse in the long run.
