Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh says his 28 year old Private Practice 'looked better on paper' as he is quizzed on his involvement listed on an extensive-sounding conveyancing business he says he owned and ran since April 1996.

Defending his CV, he suggests that it became cost-prohibitive to have liability insurance from the year 2000 and that since then he was just being 'mentored' and 'referring clients' providing a service to the community.
