The Interpol's MOST WANTED fugitive, tied to seven homicides, drug trafficking, gun crimes and extortion was arrested near San Antonio; He had a 'NOTICE TO APPEAR.' Aderbis Segundo Pirela, 29, from Venezuela, was arrested last week in New Braunfels on March 12. He crossed the border near Eagle Pass, Texas, on Jan. 2. Pirela was arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol near El Paso. He was given a "notice to appear" and later "released on recognizance" on Jan. 5. Law enforcement alleges that he is the second-in-command of the Los Satanás gang in Colombia. Colombian authorities say he is linked to at least seven homicides in Bogotá.
