Post Office Lawyer says witness had non-expert EXPERTISE

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh insists that Gareth Jenkins was a 'witness of fact' because of his 'expertise' but was definitely not an 'expert' despite being able to comment on the 'specialist' Horizon system.

Having gone through the requirements of an expert report with Jason Beer KC, Jarnail Singh agrees with him at the Post Office Inquiry that the reports contained none of the features required of an expert report but he consistently insists that's because they didn't see Gareth Jenkins as an expert at all.
