UPDATE: 100 individuals are trapped in the burning Moscow concert venue, where the attack has claimed up to 15 lives thus far, leaving at least 50 others injured, according to RIA.

A Significant Terrorist Attack has reportedly occurred at the Crocus Concert Hall in the Russian Capital of Moscow, with at least 4 Gunmen armed with Semi-Auto and Automatic Rifles said to have entered the Building while Shooting anyone that can be seen. Shortly after the First Shots were Fired a Large Explosions occurred the Concert Hall which is now Engulfed in Flames.
