There is nothing more ruthless than a friend who sets you up for a super exercise ball knockout, especially when the knockout also breaks down the walls. A few friends set up their buddy for an epic exercise ball knockout as he was walking down the stairs.

As the man gets to the bottom of the stairs, his buddy aggressively throws an exercise ball right in his face. The hit is so hard, the man falls down and punches a hole right through the wall. They all laugh, even the guy who gets hit, NOW that is what I call good sportsmanship.
