Think of Government as a Serpent, and the Ruling Elite as Rats.

A Powerful Guardian that Protects and Defends the People and their Land from Invaders and Evil Doer's.

As the People and Land grow, that Serpent must continue to grow in Power to maintain that Balance of Power over Society.

It must be equal to the task to defend and protect.

The System was Created so that the Serpent must Protect the People to Earn it's Meals.

But here is the Problem.

The Ruling Elite Always insert themselves between the Serpent and the People.

THINK OF THE RULING ELITE AS RATS THAT FEED THE SERPENT OF THE STATE

The More Rats You Feed the Snake, the less it stall hunt to Earn it's next meal.

The Snake learns to place it's Loyalty to the Rats.

The Serpent Loves Rats

It continues to Care less and less about it's Duty to Protect and Defend the Lives of the People.

THE MORE POWERFUL THE SERPENT BECOMES, THE MORE IT MUST FEED

And Now, it is only the Rats that can feed the insatiable lust to Feed.

Thus the Serpent of State has been Transformed by the Rats from a Protector Guardian into a Foul Evil Hydra, that begins to Devour the People Themselves.

SO THE RATS NOW RULE THE SERPENT OF STATE

IF YOU CUT OFF THE HEAD OF THE HYDRA

IT IS INEVITABLE THAT IT SHALL MEARLY GROW BACK

The Serpent of State, now a bloated and corrupted Leviathan has become a truly Foul Monster.

There is nothing that can be done to turn that Foul Beast back into a Guardian.

THE SERPENT MUST BE SLAIN, BEFORE IT CAN DEVOUR THE PEOPLE AND THE ENTIRE NATION

A New Guardian must be Hatched with the Greatest of Care and Intent.

We Must Ensure that the New Guardian can ONLY FEED upon the Nectar from the Tree of Liberty

But this can Never be achieved, so long as the Rats Remain in place to Feed the Serpent of State.

EVIL SNAKES SHALL ALWAYS REMAIN

AS LONG AS WE ALLOW THE EVIL RATS TO FEED THEM
