An Instructional video for those who are looking to release fear, sexual addictions, lust, guilt, depression or other conditions of a lower nature. These are techniques and healing modalities I have learned and come to understand, that have helped me in breaking free from old, lower vibrational patterns.

It's not just about holding out from engaging in carnal temptation. It's about avoiding porn, lust and anything of a lower nature, in the mind. That way you're no longer resisting it through force (which creates more tension) but now ascending out of the lower nature, above & out of the temptation itself. By following after what brings your spirit fulfilment & not your flesh.

The more we practice prayer, meditation and forgiveness, the more we will be able to be set free from the sin that does so easily beset us and express our true authentic self. Through the art & science of self discipline, we can be set free from the conditioning that keeps us from rising into our highest potential and become who we were always meant to be.
