Angela Chao

A toxicology report claims that Angela Chao was drunk with a blood alcohol level of .233 which is three times the legal limit in Texas when she died and is ruling her death an "unfortunate accident."
She had the wherewithal to call her friend though and talk to her for eight minutes while she was in the pond.. wtf?
Is this a huge cover up of something or am I crazy?
