Venting, when done in a way that doesn't cause harm or other issues, is healthy. You're talking about the situation to feel better and find a solution. Spewing, on the other hand, is a slippery slope of sin, which includes complaining, slander, gossip, and grumbling. The Lord sees all of these as sin and it's displeasing in His sight. This is definitely something we all are growing in.
