How Many Coup Leaders Have American Taxpayers Funded??

I put a requirement in the recent NDAA for the DOD to issue a report to Congress as to how many coup leaders our taxpayers have funded training for.

That report is due tomorrow.

Did General Michael E. Langley understand the assignment? Doubt it.
