Elon Musk's brain-chip startup Neuralink livestreamed its first patient Noland Arbaugh, 29, implanted with a chip using his mind to control the mouse and play video games. Hewas paralyzed below the shoulder after a diving accident. The implant seeks to enable people to control a computer cursor or keyboard using only their thoughts.
