Biden wanders off stage after seeing baby in the crowd

When you’re trying to get Joe Biden to stand still, it’s advisable to make sure there are no sniffable kids around. Sadly, Biden’s team failed to do their due diligence during a campaign event in Phoenix, Arizona, which appeared to be attended by only a few dozen people.

Biden was standing behind his campaign manager, Julie Chávez Rodríguez, as she delivered her opening remarks. However, he decided this was boring when he spotted a baby in the audience and his eyes lit up. Following his nose, Biden made a beeline for the unlucky kid.
When he returned to the stage, Biden simply said, ‘I like you all, but I couldn’t resist that little baby.’
