The Daily Telegraph’s Tim Blair says “hot tick buns” are a way of getting rid of the religious element of hot cross buns but it seems like something you would be served in the “third-world”.

“Hot tick buns sounds like something you would be served in the third-world,” he said.

“I know they want us to eat bugs, but do they have to pick the poisonous ones.

“It is obviously a way of getting rid of the religious element of it.

“We shouldn’t be talking about any kind of hot cross bun-related controversy outside of the actual week of Easter.”https://
