Healthy protein breakfast with oats, apple, and blueberry! No sugar, no egg!

Ingredients:

1 large ripe banana
60 g(1/2 cup) shelled hemp seeds
55 g(1/3 cup) chia seeds
25 g(1/4 cup) cocoa
2 tablespoons of almond/peanut butter
375 ml(1+1/2 cup) milk/ or plant "milk"
refrigerate for 1 hour
greek yogurt for decoration

3 tablespoons oat flakes
add water at room temperature
let it soak for 5-10 minutes
1 tbsp protein powder
2 tbsp greek yogurt/ coconut yogurt
1 tbsp honey
120 g(~ 3/4 cup) blueberries
220 ml(~1 cup) of your favorite milk
