Jugging—a silly name for a serious crime.

Unsuspecting people are being tailed in their vehicles from banks, malls, and elsewhere. The criminals pounce when their target arrives home or at an intermediate spot, such as a gas station, where they perceive an advantage. They can even strike when their target is halted at a traffic light.

Victims have been pursued for considerable distances, often spanning several miles. However, armed with even a basic knowledge of counter-surveillance, you can turn the tables and gain the upper hand.
