Police unions take sides in City Hall kerfuffle

Fraternal Order of Police president Dan Hils called City Manager Harry Black, who is embroiled in disagreements with Mayor John Cranley, "a true divider." Meanwhile, the black police union the Cincinnati Sentinels said it is imperative that Black remain in his current position.
