Article III Project founder Mike Davis tells Steve Bannon that what happened to Peter Navarro, via four Obama judges, was a disgrace. "These four partisan hack Obama judges working with the Biden Justice Department have eviscerated 250 years of constitutional executive privilege going back to George Washington," Davis said. "Presidents could get candid advice from their White House advisors and outside advisors without fear that those advisors would be hauled before grand juries and before Congress to have to reveal what they discussed."
