Fried Iftar platter including mirch pakora, onion pakora, aloo pakora, and mini rolls:

Ingredients:
- 4 large green chilies (mirch)
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled ,
- For mini rolls:
Mash the aloo well and then add onion, red chillies, cumin and salt,
_Then we have to take a sheet of spring roll and cut it into a square shape and inside it we have to make mini rolls filled with aloo filling and in this way we will fry it.

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- For batter:
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1 tablespoon rice flour (optional, for extra crispiness)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. For mirch Fry
- Slit the green chilies lengthwise, remove the seeds if you prefer less heat. _Spices are to be made in them. Spices include coriander powder, cumin, salt, sour powder, lemon and cumin and fry.
- Mix chickpea flour, powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and salt in a bowl.
- Dip the green chilies in the batter, ensuring they are coated evenly.
- Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

2. For onion pakora:
- Mix thinly sliced onions with the prepared batter until well coated.
- Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

3. For aloo pakora:
- potatoes Balls with the prepared batter until well coated.
- Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

4_Serve the fried mirch fry, onion pakora, aloo pakora, and mini rolls on a platter with your favorite dipping sauces or chutneys.
