Staying hydrated is key when someone is feeling under the weather
WATERMELON
Ingredients;
2 cups of filtered water
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 tsp Himalayan or Celtikc sea salt
2 tsp raw lokal honey
Place all the ingredients into a blender, mix and serve.
Store in the fridge.
