France’s Emmanuel “Petit-Napoleon” Macron has been so gung-ho over recent weeks — arguing that NATO can’t rule out boots on the ground in Ukraine. Whatever it takes etc. etc.

Eyebrows were raised in Brussels last night at a closed-door prep meeting of the EU’s 27 member states as one country was leading from the front to successfully stiff Ukrainian farmers.

But who was “Putin’s Stooge” this time?! Stand up — yes ok, you can stand up on your tippy-toes so we can all see you — Emmanuel Macron.
