"Dogs are the cutest when they’re puppies and the one from our video is the smallest one we’ve seen in a while! He is so fluffy, soft, and adorable. He is even having a conversation with his owner! Yup! They both have high pitch voice and seem to understand each other very well! This video will definitely fulfill your daily dose of cuteness. nThis dog doesn’t really talk. He is just responding to his owner’s voice. Like people, puppies are social creatures. In order to establish relationships and get along with each other, dogs needed a way to communicate. When they are “talking” to humans, they are actually trying to express themselves. They even communicate with their body language. Puppies talk all the time, from the tip of his whiskers to that flailing tail. They are barking, howling, growling just to attract the attention. And boy did this little cutie grabbed our attention! We would love to have a pet like this!"
