Introduction :

Boiled Egg Omelette is a quick, delicious egg recipe which is another version of Masala Omelette. Boiled eggs with Beaten eggs, onions, green chillies and some spice powder. Serve the Egg Omelette hot with bread or roti or parathas in your sehri and let me know how it is , waiting for your feedback.

Ingredients :

-Boiled eggs 4 -5 sliced
-Eggs 3 ( Anday )
-Onion chopped 1/2 cup ( Pyaz )
-Green Chilies chopped 1 tsp ( Hari Mirch )
-Tomatoes Chopped 1/4 cup ( Tamatar )
-Fresh Coriander chopped 1 tbsp ( Hara Dhania )
-Salt 1/2 tsp OR TO TASTE ( Namak )
-Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp ( Haldee Powder )
-Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp OR TO TASTE ( Kali Mirch )
-Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Butter 2 tbsp
-Oil 2 tbsp
-Ginger chopped 1 tsp ( Adrak )

Direction For Cooking :

-Add eggs in a bowl whisk them well then add onion , green chilies , tomatoes , fresh coriander , salt , turmeric powder , black pepper powder whisk well and set aside.
-Take a frying pan add butter and oil let it melts.
-Add chopped ginger cook it for a min.
-Take egg mixture then add slice boiled eggs.
-Sprinkle some salt , red chili flakes , chopped green chilies , fresh coriander and cover it & cook it for 5 -8 mins on medium low flame .
-If eggs are not cooked then slow the flame and cook it for 3 -4 mins more.
-Your boiled egg omlelette is ready serve with paratha or bread in your sehri .
-Serving for 4 -5
