Greek cuisine. Fried pork with peppers!!!

Hello my friends and welcome to another video. Today we will cook a wonderful pork fry with florini pepper. Fried pork is a traditional dish of Greek cuisine, it consists of pieces of pork fried in oil or butter, with salt, pepper and other herbs. It is usually served with fries, rice or country salad. It is a delicious and nutritious meal that can be prepared easily and quickly.

Materials we will use are:
1. kg Pork neck in small pieces. We can tell the butcher we bought it from to cut it for us.
2. garlic in rings
1. Cut Florin pepper.
Juice from one lemon.
Dry white wine.
Salt.
Pepper.
Mustard.
Oregano.

Let's get started:

We will put our pan on low heat and when it burns, add olive oil. Then add the pork and add salt and pepper.
We'll let the meat drain its juices, and we'll wait for it to brown. Then we will turn it the other way. After sauteing the pork, deglaze with white wine. We will wait two minutes for the alcohol to evaporate, we will add water, we will add two slices of garlic, the florin pepper, and the juice of a lemon. We will cover the pan and wait about half an hour until the water is absorbed. Then we'll turn off the heat, add mustard, oregano, and we're ready!!! We accompany our meze with a glass of wine.
