Genesis Chapter 2 focuses on the completion of the creation of the world and provides more detail about the creation of humans and the Garden of Eden. Here's a brief description:

After completing the heavens and the earth, God rested on the seventh day, blessing it and making it holy. The chapter then zooms in on the creation of man and the Garden of Eden. God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life. He planted a garden in Eden, where He placed the man He had formed, and made trees grow that were beautiful and good for food, along with the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. A river watering the garden flowed from Eden, and from there it was separated into four headwaters.

God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it, commanding the man that he could eat from any tree in the garden except for the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. To provide a suitable helper for the man, God formed out of the ground all the wild animals and birds, but none were found to be a suitable helper. So, God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep, took one of his ribs, and made a woman from the rib. The chapter concludes with the man and woman being together, naked and without shame.
