Harry Black denies report he'd agreed to resign

A week of confusion at City Hall continued Tuesday, with Mayor John Cranley saying his hand-picked city manager had agreed to resign -- and the city manager saying that wasn't true. Cranley's office announced Tuesday afternoon that he and City Manager Harry Black were "working towards a mutually agreed upon departure agreement" after they "reached an agreement in principle for the City Manger to exit City service." Black denied he'd committed to leaving his job. "No, that's not true," he told WCPO.
