Dan Sinclair First Appearence

Former Lee County elections supervisor candidate Dan Sinclair faced a judge for the first time today. Sinclair is facing charges of tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice, and perjury. Sinclair's first court date is set for Monday, March 19th.
