Sleep Token and Loathe are both British bands that experiment with a "post-metal" type of vibe. These bands both incorporate elements of melody and long drawn out ambient interludes. Both of these bands undeniably incorporate elements of heavy metal in their sound but are they actually "metal"? What do you think?
