If you are experiencing those thoughts, reach out, keep a balanced nutritional diet, exercise regularly/at least twice a week, don't deny your feelings on being depressed, unlistened too, unworthiness, address them instead in a positive way, work through you emotions, if you need to cry then do so, I still do these days, it's natural to & anyone that tells you otherwise isn't as self-aware individuals as they might think.

Remove negative influences from your life, alcohol, drugs, gambling, content you watch or listen to that is over dramatic or negative. If you focus on that content, your brain will be wrapped around that negativity day in day out. Meditate, don't know how to yet, then attend local meditation gatherings, that's how I learnt to meditate, & where I began understanding the importance of not generalizing everything as collapsing, not to catastrophize.

It's a process that will take time & dedication. But it takes however long it needs to, highly prioritize your mental health, not material possessions. I did it, I overcame thoughts of taking my own life, my depression, my unhealthy thoughts or habits, to a point that I don't drink, smoke, or take any drugs, neither watch over dramatic content or mainstream media news bulletins, & instead live a more humble life, hike, walk, cycle, game, go on touring days out sometimes on my own with my drone, other times with relatives that value my presence & respect me.

Be an inspiration to your children, show them that regardless it's thrown at you, you can overcome most hurdles, behave in a way you would like to see your child behaving, learn from mistakes you make & also from observing others & figuring out how to perform better at those situations.
