Hour 4: Oregon has realized letting everybody do all the drugs isn't working out. The Oregon legislature is moving towards re-criminalizing many drugs. Why didn't their approach work? Keith Humphreys, Professor at Standford University, joins Jeff and Bill to discuss his recent article in The Atlantic outlining the unintended consequences and how nearly every assumption made in Oregon was wrong. Is there a lesson here for Colorado?
