Much of the weekend news cycle was consumed by the media and Democrats (as always, pardon the redundancy) trying to get as much mileage out of "Trump promises a 'bloodbath' if he loses the election" headlines that, not surprisingly, ignored the context. It’s gonna be a bloodbath for the country.” -- POLITICO @politico: “Trump says country faces ‘bloodbath’ if Biden wins in November.” -- However, Trump used the term in the context of a Biden win meaning worse things for the auto industry and economy as a whole.

Isn't it amazing how the Dem-media circle of life works? Now there's a video of remarks Nancy Pelosi made in 2017 making the rounds. At the time the Associated Press did a "fact-check" (and you know how dishonest those can be) and determined Pelosi to be referring to Republican tactics when speaking about how the smear machine works. If Pelosi was talking about the Republicans working hand-in-hand with the media to smear Democrats, it was 100 percent pure projection.
