The little girl got a boo-boo and she is quite fine with that and the little boy cries his eyes out almost as if he was seriously injured. Now, some would say that’s a difference between boys and girls.nAlthough this clip suggests that girls are not as whiny as boys, the truth is, toddlers are moody and difficult to raise, no matter which sex they are. Some experts say that whining tends to peak in children’s development when they are feeling out of control and overwhelmed - emotions that pretty much sum up toddlerhood. Toddlers lack the vocabulary to articulate their frustrations, and the whimpering is the natural default noise. So, we just have to let kids being kids and keep up with the whining."
