Storm Shield Forecast morning update 3/13/18
Repost
A Pacific storm is moving onshore today, bringing bands of rain through Kern County. Rain totals look to be similar to what we saw last Saturday, with about a tenth in the valley and a quarter inch in the mountains. Winds will pick up about 15 to 25 miles per hour, improving our air quality and bringing a few degrees of cooling... but it will still be a relatively warm day, with a high of 73 in Bakersfield, 67 in the Kern River Valley, 61 in Tehachapi and 59 in Frazier Park.
