I will gladly pay you tuesday for a hamburger today

The guy on the left is the Wimpy type....and the guy on the right is the victim being asked for money. The guy on the right refuses to let the wimpy character borrow any money...so the wimpy character gets mad and walks off.....this is like the wimpy character from the popeye cartoon strip that wanted to borrow money...but was never around on tuesday to repay the people he borrowed money from....tuesday never seemed to come but the hamburgers did.
