Otis HydroAccel Modded Otis? Hydraulic Elevators - David Taylor Corporate Center (Charlotte, NC)

These are some neat modded elevators with nice cabs and interesting exterior lanterns only seen on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I thought these were Dover, but they aren't. Records claim these were once Otis, but I dunno. They run good and the redesign cabs look nice.
