Butler Co. babysitter charged in abuse of 3-year-old

Although she’s just three years old, Hannah Wesche has a personality that “shines.” But now, family members fear they’ll never get to see the little girl laugh with her sisters or play with her blocks again. First responders transported Wesche to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Thursday after she had been at her babysitter's house. Her babysitter, 35-year-old Lindsay Partin, is accused of abusing the little girl, according to Chief Anthony Dwyer with the Butler County Sheriff's Office. Authorities booked Partin into the Butler County Jail on Friday. She faces charges of felonious assault and endangering children.
