This is an interesting perspective but no i don't think 1000 years of history have been added or erased. Maybe some years for sure but 1000 years its preety hard to add. For example we do know that 1000 years ago the age of castles have begun. We do know about the Roman empire. To suggest that the Roman Empire fell just 600 years ago and in 600 all the history happened, its just impossible.
The true erasure is not in the last 2000 years although that too was altered to fit agendas but what truly happened more than 3000 years ago, what happened in Atlantida what happened before and so forth.
MASSIVE historical and real data was erased and much studied only through the boring lens of history and science.
The anno DCCC... has a simpler explanation maybe it was an error or an older building restored and the new restoration just added an M to portray the year of the building as with the older restoration.
Many times when we look at a modern historical building it could have like only 1% of the material lets say from the 11th century and people say its from the 11th century but thats not quite correct anyway.
