Does 1A apply to an enemy country collecting data on our citizens for its purposes through a highly popular venue? Would they let us do the same in their country?? If not, then shut it down. That's not international commerce, that is espionage.

Our Constitutional rights apply to U.S. citizens and legal migrants in the process of attaining their citizenship. Illegal migrants aren't covered by our Constitution for a reason - sovereignty. The U.S. is not the sovereign right of any illegal immigrant. Those seeking asylum are protected to an extent - which is why the Democrats are giving every illegal migrant they can asylum. There is still a judicial process to verify the real reason for seeking asylum and the Democrats are doing everything they can to muddy up those waters as well.

When it comes to foreign companies on our soil, they must abide by our Constitution, not any laws of their homeland. If they aren't, shut them down.
