1 cup oatmeal and 2 apples🍎 Healthy diet cake in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour

Ingredients:

[0:00] Recipe 1:
100 g (1 cup) oat flakes
2 apples
80 ml(1/3 cup) water
1 ripe banana
1 egg
70 g(1/2 cup) dried cranberries
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
bake 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F

[4:05] Recipe 2:
150 g(1+1/2 cup) oat flakes
250 ml milk(1 cup)
leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
2 medium eggs
1-2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g(1/2 cup) coconut flakes
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
65 g raspberries/ or blueberries
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C /360°F

[7:10] Recipe 3
grind 100 g(1 cup) oat flakes
50 g(1/2 cup) oat flakes
cinnamon
1 apple and 1 banana
2 tbsp coconut oil/ or your favorite
25 g(1/4 cup) nuts/ or almonds
bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
