Today is a 7-minute advanced abdominal exercise routine.

We mixed the lower abdomen, sides, and upper abdomen so that 3 sets of exercises could be applied to each.

In the case of L SIT UP, those who want a higher exercise intensity can additionally perform it while holding dumbbells or barbell plates.

Because the advanced routine includes movements that involve bending your back, if you feel uncomfortable during exercise, we recommend replacing it with an intermediate or beginner routine that consists of more static movements.
