Let’s make some garlic powder! 👆👆👆

1) Peel the garlic (a gentle smash with the side of a knife helps the skins slide right off!)
2) Thinly slice the garlic to 1/8” thickness (a mandoline slicer works great!)
3) Spread out on dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 125 degrees
4) It’s done when the pieces snap, not bend (usually after 6-12 hours)
5) Blend in a blender, food processor or coffee grinder
6) Store in an airtight container for up to a year!
Don’t have a dehydrator?
🧄You can also use your oven on its lowest heat setting (usually 150-200˚F), however, it is more prone to burning (and denaturing the beneficial enzymes and antioxidants at these higher temps)
