A recipe for delicious, cheap and easy to make apple cookies. A fantastic addition to coffee or tea, a quick snack.
INGREDIENTS:
2 – 3 APPLES
100 G BUTTER
100 G SUGAR
320 G WHEAT FLOUR
3 EGGS
1 1/2 TEASPOONS OF BAKING POWDER
A SPOON OF VANILLA SUGAR
POWDERED SUGAR + CINNAMON FOR DUSTING COOKIES
