New bus loop plans to keep students in Detroit

A new plan from Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan is all about keeping students in the city of Detroit. The plan brings together the city, Detroit public schools and Detroit private schools. The city is now having one big bus route that goes through both Detroit public and private schools.
