Fire breaks out at main jail in Haiti's capital

A fire broke out at the main penitentiary in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on Thursday (March 14). The fire appeared to be under control by the afternoon and Reuters could not immediately establish if any people had remained in the jail – which had been emptied of prisoners by armed men earlier this month – or what sparked the blaze.
