UN Special Rapporteur: Israel can't claim 'right of self-defence'
That should be in mainstream media.. it is not controversial.. it is a fact..
Palestine has every right to resist Israel occupation
I found this out weeks ago, its in the UN charter, you can't claim self defence from territory that you occupy.
UN resolution 37/43, dated 3dec.1982, gives the right of self-defense, BY ALL MEANS, only to the occupied nations, and not to the occupier.
