Ingredients:

-Carrot (julienne) 1 cup (Gajar )
-Potatoes (julienne) 2 cups ( Aloo )
-Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup ( Hara pyaz )
-Onion (sliced) 1 cup ( Pyaz )
-Green chilies 4 -5 julienne ( Hari Mirch )
-Cabbage Chopped 1 cup ( Bund Gobhi )
-Gram flour 1/2 cup ( Besan )
-Eggs 2
-Chaat masala 1 tbsp.
-Salt 1 tsp / to taste ( Namak )
-Red chili flakes 1 tbsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Cumin Roasted Powder 1 tsp ( Zeera Powder )
-Corn flour 1 cup
-Oil 1/4 cup

Directions:

- In a bowl add carrot, potatoes, green onion, onion, cabbage , green chilies gram flour, eggs, chaat masala, salt, red chili flakes, and corn flour and mix it well.
-On a pan heat oil and add a spoonful of prepared mixture in circle shapes on the pan.
-Cook each side for 2-3 mins.
-Your Pakora Cutlets are ready. Serve and enjoy.
